Kadison is a 200+ hour RYT certified in Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Anatomy, History & Philosophy of Yoga. She has studied and taught the chakra system, pranayama, assists and adjustments, sanskrit basics, and pre-natal/post-natal basics.
She received her certification at Black Swan Yoga in Austin, Texas. Throughout her travels, she has taught classes in Thailand, Bali, and Fiji. After moving to Australia, she began work at Ripcurl's Surf Camp Australia, offering yoga classes to the surfers throughout the week.
Most things in life push us towards being more intelligent, more beautiful, more in control, more successful, but what in life is pushing you towards being what you already are? Yoga has taught me to nurture the goodness that is already inside me, instead of forcing myself to be something I wasn't created for. My joints, my bones, my muscles are all intricately woven to support and move my body. That is beautiful. I am in complete control of how my body moves, that is power. I can accomplish the challenges set before me, that is success.
I enjoy playing with the balance of variety and consistency. My classes range from peaceful, slow-paced yin-style yoga, to high energy classes based around exercises also used in cardio sports. I like to build my sequences around a specific part of the body such as, back flexibility, hip-openers, or balance.
